The 23rd annual Charles Dickens Christmas jump-started the Christmas season Friday with the World’s Smallest Parade, consisting of a couple police cars, a firetruck, a horse-drawn carriage and Victorian-era revelers on foot Friday in downtown Skaneateles. The Finger Lakes holiday favorite runs Saturday and Sunday from now until Dec. 18 noon-4pm and a finale on Christmas Eve.
